DefCharge Network Systems is owned and operated out of the state of Maryland.  The company owner Robert Bailey has been in the Information Technology field for more than 20+ years. Mr Bailey has managed several contracts within both the Public and Private sectors. His knowledge of the Information Technology field has been obtained by working with a variety of vendors including Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, 3Com, HP, Nortel, Juniper, and a host of other global vendors. Mr Bailey has served in the capacity as a network technician, senior network engineer, Lead Network Engineer, Team Lead, Director, and CEO in a various organizations.

DefCharge Networks was established in December 1999 as a small business web and network support firm. We have provided these services for several Fortune 500 companies, Federal, State, and Local government agencies, small, medium, and large private organizations. We pride ourselves with our staff of highly skilled engineers and technicians.  We believe in keeping our staff members abreast of the latest technologies.  We train our team members on past and present integration concepts that have evolved within the Information Technology field. The term mainly used to identify this effort is called Cross Training.  Each one of our team members are not only trained in the classroom they are placed on site with an additional team member to ensure their understanding of the technology product and how it operates and effects the client.
