2000 - 2002
Qwest Communications - Staffed team of 2 network engineers to support Dial Networking department with several Social network providers including Microsoft, AOL, Lynx, and Compuserve with their network account provision. This included the implementation of Layer 2 Tunneling protocol over IPSEC with radius authentication. We were part of a subcontract/teaming agreement for this support initiative.
Army Test and Evaluation Command - Staffed team of four network engineers for Enterprise Network Operations Center build-out. We provided all aspects of this build-out from planning to implementation. The contract included a migration effort from Novell to Windows and Email migration from GroupWise to Microsoft Exchange. We were subcontracted with another IT firm for this contract.
National Institute of Health (Off Campus) - Staffed team of 6 network technicians onsite for supporting NIH Directorate network infrastructure consisting of Enterasys network devices, Novell and Windows network operating systems, and Cisco network devices. The network userbase consisted of 850 users between two sites. This was part of a subcontracting/teaming agreement with another IT organization.
2002 - 2003
Systems Center Inc - Staffed team of four network security engineers to support the organization effort of creating a secure platform for their clients utilizing several commercial off the shelf packages including Lotus Notes/Domino, SideWinder, Windows 2000, Windows XP, IPSEC, and CA Unicenter TNG.
2004 - 2007
Maden Technologies - Staffed augmentation of 16 members supporting a national federal client. The support contract provided IT services for 8 sites and 5000+ users using Novell, Windows, Cisco, and Enterasys products. We provided helpdesk, server, and network infrastructure services and support.
Maden Technologies - Provided network security services and support for corporate offices. This contract we were prime and the duration was a 3 month support contract for network security related services. This included assisting with network support services. We provided DNS consolidation, website troubleshooting, network router configuration and troubleshooting, Active Directory enhancement and cleanup.
Line Systems Inc - Provided Corporate network services and support for users at corporate location which included installation, configuration, troubleshooting of various hardware/software platforms including Windows 2003 with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Desktop Central, OpManage, and VoIP Server system.
Core Vision Systems Inc - Staffed augmentation of 4 network engineers for support of Network Services Branch at a major federal government agency. We provided network services and support for 300+ Cisco Network devices. This was a subcontract/teaming agreement with another IT services firm.
TAC WorldWide - Staffed 1 network security engineer onsite with a major federal client to support their Certification and Accreditation efforts. We were tasked to provide Security Test and Evaluation duties along with Risk Assessment and POAM documentation and verification and validation.
AES Security - Staffed 2 network security engineers to support a major publiic transportation client in their network security efforts. We provided firewall administration and configuration support for VPN remote access and site to site configuration. We also planned and implemented the migration effort for all of the Bus Garages which had Cisco Pix 515E firewall appliances. The effort involved migrating the Pix to ASA 5510 firewall appliances. This was a subcontract/teaming opportunity with another IT firm. We supported 5000+ users throughout the DC Metro Area.
2008 -2010
AES Security - Staffed 2 network security engineers to support a major publiic transportation client in their network security efforts. Federal Credit Union - Staffed team of 2 network engineers onsite to migrate Sonicwall firewall to Cisco ASA 5510. Also, provided network services and support for 25 users. This included support of Windows 2003 Active Directory, MS Exchange 2003, VMWare, Cisco switches and routers. We also provided at a later date 2 additional network security engineers to support the clients network security scanning, network vulnerability remediation, and computer forensic services. We provided client with Value Added Resell services for client hardware and/or software services.
Intellicure - Provided user with network security engineering services by installing, configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Pix and Cisco ASA firewall appliances. We planned, designed, and implemented the proposed configuration for the Texas based client. The work also included migration efforts from the PIX to the ASA along with adding two Dell Power Connect Layer 3 switches and setting up site to site VPN between the corporate office and their network co-location servers. We also provide our Value Added Resell services for client purchases of hardware and/or software.
Non-Profit - Provided network services and support for client including computer hardware/software support, applications support, and network device configuration support. We planned, designed, and implemented the new network infrastructure at clients new building including VoIP system consisting of bonded T1s with dynamic sip services from telco provider.
HOPE Project DC/Non-Profit - Provide IT Training for young adults between the ages of 18-25. We are providing application support training, network operating systems training, network infrastructure training, network security training, and basic computer hardware/software training. This is in an effort to assist the young adults in under-served areas with their efforts in obtaining employment in the Information Technology Field.
The Ravens Group - Provided network services and support for client including router configuration support, firewall installation and configuration services, network antivirus and security scanning. Also, provide client with value added resell services utilizing our various distribution channels for purchasing their IT hardware and software requirements.
