2001 

  • U. S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) - Supported the Headquarters and seven locations throughout the United States with services including Active Directory Service Migration, Email Migration from GroupWise to Exchange, Storage Area Network (SAN) Design and Implementation using the EMC Fiber Based SAN Solution.

  • Web Hosting - Provided web hosting and development for several small, medium, and large business clients.

  • Web Security Evaluation - Provided web hosting clients with web security testing/assessment to validate secure functional website capabilities.

2004 - 2005

  • Federal Railroad Administration - Supported the Headquarters and eight locations throughout the United States including providing Infrastructure Management implementation according to the DOT standards, Storage Area Network evaluation, selection, and Proof of Concept testing which included Needs Analysis and Technology evaluation of Fiber Based and iSCSI based solutions, Data Protection Upgrade/Implementation which included the purchase, design, planning, and implementation of a NetBackup and Quantum Disk Based Backup Solution, Network device refresh which we replaced outdated network infrastructure equipment at all sites including Headquarters, consolidation of servers and services into a single enterprise domain for file and printing services.

  • Federal Railroad Administration - DOT Computing Environment Consolidation - Prepared FRA for Information Technology Consolidation / Absorption by parent agency

  • Federal Railroad Administration - Directory Service Migration - Migrated the FRA environment from Novell NetWare 5.1 and NDS to Microsoft Windows 2003 and Active Directory.We partner with multiple vendors to bring your company a solution that fits your requirements and provide scalability.

2005 - 2006

  • Help Desk Services - Assisted 25 user Software Development Firm with basic troubleshooting of applications, printer issues, and network connectivity issues. (Direct Contract)
  • Network Engineering - Planned, designed, and implemented network devices including firewalls, routers, switches for developer network. This included designing Active Directory for Production, Development, and QA environments.
  • Help Desk Implementation - Designed, Planned Help Desk services software which included Self Service Helpdesk component for users access to open tickets and knowledgebase lookup.
  • Network Security Services - Implemented network wide patching and update services server utilizing Advent Software Network Security Management Component.
  • Network Security Services - Designed, planned, and implemented Cisco Pix Firewall devices for remote access VPN services.
  • Network Security Services - Performed network wide Vulnerability Assessment and remediation according to the NIST 800-53 security control guidelines.

2006 - 2007

  • Network Engineering Services and Support - Assisted with the implementation of several network routers, switches, and firewall for the USDA network services branch.
  • Network Engineering Services and Support - Implemented Network Management software for configuration management process tracking and SLA requirements.

2007 - 2008

  • Certification and Accreditation support - Provided Security Test and Evaluation support using CIS benchmarking suite of tools along with DISA Gold Disk. Assisted Department of Treasury with their FISMA Audit and continuous monitoring efforts.
  • Certification and Accreditation support -  Teaming effort assisting Department of Treasury with their Continuous Monitoring effort, we provided documentation support for Security Test and Evaluation, Risk Assessment, and POAM efforts to meet NIST 800-53 guidelines for FISMA Audit compliance.
  • Firewall Architect and Engineering Support - Planned, migrated, and implemented new firewalls for several small business clients including credit unions, real estate offices, law and accounting firms.
  • Network Security Teaming Effort - Assisted prime contractor with network security efforts which included firewall appliance migration, desktop security compliance, authentication migration effort from LDAP to RSA, site to site vpn configuration, remote access configuration and troubleshooting.

2008 - 2009

  •  Firewall Engineering and Support - Assisted several small business clients with firewall troubleshooting and maintenance assistance.
  • Desktop Support/Help Desk Support - Assisted several small business clients with desktop troubleshooting, remote access troubleshooting (VPN), Antivirus/Network Security identification and remediation.
  • Vulnerability Assessment Support - Provided small business and non-profit organizations with Vulnerability Assessment support including identification and remediation efforts. This included scanning clients network for vulnerabilities and providing reports to clients for remediation efforts.
  • Firewall Engineering and Support - Provided site to site configuration support for several small to medium business clients to support access to clients resources.
  • Forensics Investigation/Support - Provided client with eDiscovery and computer forensics support due to severe attack on network nodes within the clients infrastructure.
  • Firewall/Email/DNS Support - Assisted client with various DNS, Exchange, and Network Firewall Support.
  • Network Infrastructure Support - Planned, designed, Managed, installed, configured, and implemented network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, switches, servers, workstations, and cabling infrastructure.
