We offer remote assistance packages for residential customers starting at $15.00/month. This includes a free online PC assessment and recommendations on either hardware or software upgrades. This monthly fee only includes remote assistance and does not include any updating of hardware or major software. This is a monthly fee that will include updates of Windows patches, defragment of hard drives, spyware detection, removal, and suggestion of prevention. After completion of work client will be provided with a detailed report of items completed. All remote assistance will be provided over the Internet. A basic requirement for this service is Intenet access. This is a minimum. Monthly charges are recurring and will be billed on a credit card that client provides for the service.
